This hotel has Mexican charm, is centrally located and has an amazing breakfast! Probably the best food we had! The front desk is very accommodating and friendly. Would stay here if we come back to Merida. We had a front room, so there was some noise, but not enough to ruin a trip.
Friendly staff and quaint grounds. If you stay in the front rooms and like to sleep in, then a sound machine works wonders. Having only 9 rooms you get to know some of the other guests well and can make some new friends. You definitely get a more personalized experience at a boutique hotel like this. Include the breakfast, it's amazing.
A beautiful, small boutique hotel with fabulous service at the front desk (very welcoming and accommodating) and also at the restaurant. I stayed only one night but wished I could have stayed longer. My room was in the back and quite quiet all night. I enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open and the fan, no need for A/C.
I would stay here again. The hotel has that luxury scent when you walk in and the staff is very kind and hospitable. I love that they have 24/7 service too. Parking is not included but available for an additional cost, we paid 120/ day. Oh yes, it’s well designed too.
We had the best stay in Las Palomas ! The place is gorgeous, even more than the pictures, everything is very clean and well maintained The staff is very kind, answered all our requests and the conciergerie is open 24/24. We asked for cleaning our clothes, you just gave them and they’ll organize the cleaning for you, cost approx 150mxp per kg. The room is cleaned everyday and the shower has hot water all day. The rooms are very large and spacious, we had - 2m comfy bed with a cute balcony with pool view And last but not least, the food was incredible! Breakfasts are fantastic, everything is fresh and they twist the menu for you, the coffee is barista style very tasty too. At the end of the trip they even offer us some discounts on the food, like some coffees and a breakfast because one morning they ran out of some brioche bread and because it was not exactly what I excepted from the menu they just took it out from the bill. Perfect service and wonderful stay, well come back for sure if in Merida
Great hotel. They master simplicity while giving to a feel of luxury. This is a few blocks from the main strip and is a very simple yet elegant hotel in its approach. I would prefer this location to anyone that wants the quiet simple things and that truly knows what Mexico is about.
Located just outside of the main street of Merida but close enough to walk to the center. We had a lovely stay at the hotel and specially enjoyed their breakfast which was superb. Parking possible in the street at the opposite of the hotel at a private parking area. Well arranged by the hotel.
Excellent architecture. The rooms are truly unique. And the service was excellent. We look forward to staying here again.
